Group Fitness at Fierce Spirit

A multi-level fitness class that is different every day. A combination of strength, cardio, core, and flexibility training. Our group fitness schedule will work your entire body while helping you find balance and well- being physically, emotionally, and spiritually. There is a focus on mindfulness and breath throughout each class. Many participants describe this class as their moving meditation. They strengthen and tone their bodies while releasing the stress and burdens they brought to the workout. This group is for you if you want to feel better, get stronger, increase your energy, and be surrounded by a group of people who want to feel good and support each other while reaching their goals. All fitness levels welcome. All you need is an open mind, dumbbells, and a yoga mat.

All in-person classes are held at the Bessie Rowell Community Center. If the community center closes for any reason (COVID concerns), all classes will be moved to virtual and continued as scheduled. 

If I have to cancel a class that you already signed up for, I will schedule a makeup class. In cases of inclement weather, I will post online the evening before and move the class to virtual.
